France I think under current leader Macron is in with Russia therefore Russia would not nuke France. Macron is power hungry.
No other nukes would respond against Russia.
All nuclear powers are on the side of Russia thus. China, India, North Korea, Pakistan, save for Israel, but Israel would not strike because they would not want to be nuked.
Plus Israel is not part of NATO. Recently nuke powers rallying around Putin, i.e. Pakistan and Indian leaders.
So you see where this is heading. Seems like something big being planned.
