Because our site is global, the laws and religions of some countries do not permit the following: psychics, clairvoyants, pagans, witchcraft, black magic, spells, fortune telling, tarot reading, astrology, hypnotherapy, sexual services, escort services, erotic massage, strippers, pornography, adult products, illegal drugs, unregulated companies selling medications; pills, certain medical procedures including abortions.
The following are also not allowed to be advertised on or via TabStocks.com: stolen goods, scams, pyramid, Ponzi schemes, replica, and counterfeit goods.
Our admin team checks all website links connected to ads on our site to ensure the content on the sites relates to the content advertised on TabStocks.com.
You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to TabStocks.com when advertising on our website. And any consequences that may result from your ad including link/s via banners to your website or business.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of TabStocks.com either temporarily or permanently or refuse a user’s registration or business.
If we believe that you are breaching these Terms of Use in any way and/or behaving suspiciously on the TabStocks.com website/s, service/s, application/s or tool/s, we may, at our discretion, inform other TabStocks.com users that have been in contact with you and recommend that they exercise caution.
Advertisement Payments
If you have violated any of the rules in using TabStocks.com and your Ad/s have been removed by our admin team, any payments you may have made prior to or following the listing of your Ad/s on our site is non-refundable; will not be returned.
Unless you have been banned, you are welcome to advertise on our site so long as ads/content does not violate our rules which are clearly stated above and on this page.
Abusing TabStocks.com
TabStocks.com and the TabStocks.com community work together to keep the TabStocks.com website/s, service/s, application/s and tool/s, newsletters working properly and the community safe. Please report problems, offensive content and policy breaches to us. contact (at) tabstocks.com

Infringement

If a legal representative of the entitled party reports this to us in the correct manner, products infringing on the intellectual property rights will be removed by TabStocks.com.
Liability
Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. You agree not to hold us responsible for any content on TabStocks.com.
We do not review advertisers content and are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on TabStocks.com comes from other advertisers and writers, we do not guarantee the accuracy of content or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered or published.

Resolution of disputes

General

You and TabStocks.com both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts; for claims falling within the jurisdiction of a County Court, you and TabStocks.com both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Shoreditch County Court.
If we don’t enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below.
We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next visit or 30 days after we publish the updated policy on the TabStocks.com website, whichever is sooner.
